Thank you for the cold pizza that left your store about 45 minutes ago. Seriously Rose as the manager you're going to tell me that! I'm glad I am paying for delivery for hot food and it comes out cold and all you could offer me is $10 off my next delivery. You are supposed to be my delivery store. I guess Hungry Howie's and Domino's will have to the alternative if service like this is regular. So sad that the store on 36th St and Thomas is closing.
