I love seafood and this exceeded my expectations of sushi/poke in the valley! The fish was extremely fresh, the staff were so kind and let me sample some fish, everything I tried was so good. I got a bowl with Hawaiian Tuna, Salmon, and Yellowtail. I highly recommend this combo! The rice is very fresh, the spring greens were crisp, the portions were generous and the topping/sauce selection was great. I also got a free cup of miso soup which was a nice treat!! I will be back, everyone...
I had a great experience at Poke Bar in Scottsdale. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming right away. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best poke I’ve had. Everything tasted high quality, and the ingredients were clearly fresh. Overall, the service and food were excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!
