I think the manager and counter attendant Eddy are excellent. Their service is impeccable.

It was quiet when I went in. I once had the surf and turf at another location...my sandwich here was less memorable. I don't know if that's like a serotonin thing or if something else is responsible.

I love their chicken, but the last three times I have gone my order has been wrong. Yesterday I went before the lunch rush, so they would not be in a hurry and they still got my order wrong. I ordered a 3 piece white meat spicy. I received 3 small regular wings. I emailed corp and no one responded.

This location really is outstanding! Excellent customer service, great food, great specials and promotions as well. The cashier even gave me a sheet of coupons!

I always come to this Popeyes chicken strips are usually fresh and hot. I git the 3 piece tender fir $5 that came with a bisquit. Today I came thru the drive thru.. the strip were “chips of tender” and no biscuit! I drove back to the store went inside .. I asked about the biscuit.. the guy said NO you don’t get a biscuit it is tenders .. I explained that this is the first time I did not get a biscuit. I paid for a biscuit… today is disappointing… Popeye will be put on my pause list again for a while…. Usually customer service is good NOT today …

I eat there between 4-6 times per month. They seldom get my order right. It says the lobby is open until 11pm, but they close it at 9pm. They say it's because the lack of employees, but it's not a restaurant. The cashier is the only one that works. My orders are wrong nearly every time and they often are out of items and I'm not told until I arrive to pick up my food. They replace the item, and regardless if it's cheaper, they don't refund you the difference. The worse Popeyes in the state.

Popeyes is either great or sucks. This is the latter. 4:30 in the afternoon and everything must have been left over from lunch. First ordered 3 piece spicy chicken, when I got my order it was not spicy, but person who took my order wanted to argue that it was when I took it back, well it wasn't. Ordered mashed potatoes but was told they were out, so I ordered the fried pickles instead and they were oil soaked, cold and soggy. Was told Popeyes doesn't have jelly when I asked for some, so settled for honey. Thought at least the strawberry cream cheese pie will be OK... must have been made for the lunch crowd and left on the cost because it was dry and cold. This is one Popeyes you will not want to stop at, go down to Talking Stick road as that one is great!

Love the food and for the money there is plenty of it. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Be sure to get the app to get the reward and online lower prices.

I usually visit the location on Indian Bend and try to avoid this Shea&90th st location. For dinner, I ordered a tender combo, ended up getting a thigh, leg, and wing instead. How hard is it to fulfill an order accurately? The management at this location is severely lacking. Seems they're just punching the clock. Fries were old and stale. Probably from lunch hour. They forgot my friend's fry order. Ordered a Diet Coke, flat and no fizz.

Pathetic.
