Good experience. Food was good. Atmosphere was really nice. Table was a little odd with a ledge above me but the restaurant was really beautiful. Felt like I was back in Spain. If you go for a romantic date night.. be prepared that people are there on vacation and may be having dinner in swimwear. Which was a little odd with how much you spend on dinner! Ultimately a good experience though and good food. Would recommend. Make a reservation and ask to sit at the tables closer to outside. They have more room and are better! :)Parking: Valet

This was our third time there. 3 stars this time, the first time, and 4 stars the time we went for restaurant week. The service is always great, and we love the ambiance. The food really depends on what you order. Skip the potatoes bravas. The cheese and charcuterie board was very good; brussel sprouts and meatballs were ok. The paella needs a lot of work. No flavor except for tomato sauce (who uses that in Paella?!?). In the past we had the seafood stew which was flavorful and the braised lamb shank. The salads are also tasty.

We had a reservation and arrived on time. They made us wait because our table wasn't available so we ordered some drinks and after waiting 30 minutes, we decided to leave. Nobody called us back the next day to apologize I would not recommend this place. We ended up going to Ocean 44 which we didn't had a reservation and they found us a table within 10 minutes !!!

Beautiful Alhambra-inspired atmosphere with live Spanish guitar the night we came. Our server was a delight--incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, competent and warm. Desserts were wonderful and very inventive. Food was excellent though not quite transcendent.

My server Jonathan was incredible and the food/wine was absolutely delicious!! Ambience was beautiful as well. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Additionally, great option for those with dietary restrictions, as the menu was coded and they were attentive to my allergy. Highly recommend!

Good overall experience. Service was slow but gracious. Tapas were barely average; the patatas bravas were unconventional (why mess with a classic?) and the pulpo picoso was not “picoso” at all. The seafood rice was surprisingly tomatoey, very tasty, with a generous amount of seafood, though there wasn't the slightest hint of soccarat; it was too moist to develop any of the characteristic crispy caramelization. The standout was the pan de manchego; the bread was light and flavorful. When we return, we will come in with different expectations; we will skip the tapas (except the pan) and order two rice dishes.

We went for Valentine's day. We got to our reservation on time, and our table wasn't ready. We were understanding and got a table 10 mins later. After 10-20 mins, our server greeted us and asked what we wanted from the preset menu. The first three appetizer courses came within an hour of us sitting there. When we were ready for the intermission course, it took over an hour for them to serve us. Only, they never gave us the intermission course and skipped to the entree. We were assured the entree would come soon multiple times, but in total, there was an hour and a half between the last appetizer and the entree. We ended up asking for our dessert to go and decided to pay the bill in cash to leave the restaurant faster. On top of all this, there was an automatic gratuity charge which was over 20%. We wanted to speak with someone to dispute this, but there were barely any staff around for us to ask, and we wanted to leave the restaurant after being there for over 2 and 1/2 hours. The food was good, but we were disappointed with this experience. We were looking forward to eating at Prado, but we won't be coming back.

Disappointed

I don't normally put up a review. Let me say the food was excellent, but the kitchen was definitely having problems. 30 minutes between 1st and 2nd course, our main course came out before the 3rd and 4th courses had even been served to us, then we ended up waiting over 45 minutes after completing the 4th course to get our main meal. They ended up offering all our drinks for free and giving 25% off the meal. So our Valentines dinner did not go as planned.

We booked for the Valentine special/pre-fix menu. All of the food was delicious! However our second course arrived as we were only a fourth of the way through the 1st course! At that point we asked them to please pace the meal to give us time to finish each course. So after we finished our second course it was a LONG half hour, and after asking, that we finally received the entree. The server blamed it on us saying “we didn't want to rush you”. ( payback for earlier request?) The couple next to us, whose reservation was 30 minutes earlier than our FINALLY received their entrees few minutes before we did, and were never served one of their second courses. I would go back for dinner, but not a pre-fix menu, as they clearly have issues with timing the service.

Wow! We had so many great tapas and dishes - loved the mushroom and potato crocchettes the best and the olives were incredible! Loved the almond dessert and the bread pudding. Order the bread and the black lava salt butter and marmalade... might be the best thing I've had in years. What a beautiful restaurant- amazing friendly service (especially Javier!) and we loved our whole experience.

We had a tomato and mozzarella salad as an appetizer. It was one of the best salads I've ever had. Really enjoyed it. Our main dishes were paella and chicken. They were both really good as well. Where Prada disappointed was the dessert. We ordered the bread pudding. What a disaster. First, for whatever reason it took a really long time to get it. Once we did get it, it was a major letdown. By far the worst bread pudding we've ever had. It resembled more of a fruitcake than a bread pudding. Overall it was really just an average experience, that was really expensive. Not sure I'll be going back.

Enjoyed a birthday dinner with our daughter and son in law. We're disappointed that Prado was sold out of many of our favorite entrees and dessert. Nice service, but probably won't go back, disappointing...

We went to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. We ordered some tapas to start. The Pan Tostado de Chorizo, Col de Bruselas, and Pulpo Picoso. They were all excellent. I had the Paella Valencia, and my wife had the Costilla Rioja. And again, I would have to say that they were both excellent. We decided on the Pan Budino for dessert and were not disappointed. The service and staff were excellent. I think that we have found a new home for our anniversary dinners moving forward. It was a wonderful experience.
