Very busy place, which is good. However, team members should help out when things are backed up rather that just chatting with each other. It took almost 10 minutes just to get a double shot of espresso with just one person working the machine.
We love the brand, and the coffee and pastries here are excellent! This location is popular, so there can be a bit of a wait time during your visit. The service is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is casual. Great value for the quality.
Came here to meet a friend for coffee. Coffee was good. Free parking in covered garage, friendly service, nice seating, clean bathrooms. This is in a pedestrian mall type of development, similar to what is in many urban/suburban areas.
