Press Coffee Roasters is easily one of the top-tier specialty coffee spots in the Valley. Comparable to places like Onyx, with legit third-wave execution, including thoughtful sourcing, in-house roasting, and dialed-in espresso. Pour-overs and seasonal offerings are especially strong, and you can tell the baristas truly care about the craft. Not just a “good for Arizona” shop, this is genuinely high-level coffee anywhere.
Cappuccino was just okay. I ordered a hot one, but it arrived at room temperature. When I asked the employee to warm it up, instead of remaking it, they poured it into another cup and tried to heat it, but it was only slightly warmer, definitely not what I expected. On the other hand, the breakfast sandwich was great!
Great location for getting work done. Located in a secluded area with easy, free covered parking. Multiple tables — including standing desk options and indoor/outdoor seating. The music isn’t too loud, and there is enough physical space so that even if conversations happen nearby, they won’t be distracting. Prices reasonable.
