Service is really good and drinks are well priced, they sometimes have a DJ and the bartenders are always a good time

We went here for a birthday brunch and it was pretty much what you'd expect. There are not very many options that don't have meat. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla without bacon (and told the server I'm a vegetarian) and my husband ordered the same thing with bacon. When the runner came out with the plate he said "without bacon" to me as he set it down so I felt fairly comfortable they'd gotten it right. Unfortunately, they did not. When I cut into the second piece, I started seeing bacon and that's when we realized my husband's plate did not have bacon. The plates had gotten switched. The entire experience was underwhelming.

To bad that minus stars are not available for service, especially person tending the bar. After arriving to clean, set up table, with paid bill and a $10 tip on the far corner I waved several times to get a waitress or anyone’s attention, with no success. So, I decided to just wait. Must admit that after one hour and eighteen minutes I politely placed one chair on the table. Next minute, waitress arrived. I nicely asked her to tell me when the bill was printed; it was printed over two hours ago. I said that I been at this table for almost hour and a half with no service. I told her that even that she was previous customer who paid my bill, someone still should check on me. At that time, lady tending the bar arrived and decide to “protect her employee”. She acted like she was in charge. I explained situation, and asked how many waitresses are working now. She took it as a challenge, and told me “IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT HERE – LEAVE!” That when I realized that I am not in conc camp, not even the prison, and that I can leave any time I want. Thanks, I am a wiser man now. Superior customer relations skills. Mr. & Mrs. Sullivan are nice looks the only requirement for your employees? Waitress was nice and polite, not very skilled (single customer in the section waiting 1hr 20 minutes, instead of double JW black I got one, tobacco never arrived with my food…). If she is new I hope that she will learn. Event took place on Thursday, Nov 9. 2023 at 3:30 pm.

I live near RTOs and I love having it as our neighborhood bar. The outside patio has lots of tvs to watch any sporting game. They also have two volleyball courts that you can use.

We visited R.T. O'Sullivan's recently on a trip to Phoenix. It is a cool little bar located in a shopping center. The staff was nice and the patrons were friendly. We had the sliders and they were tasty. We would go back again to watchable sports and have an adult beverage. Their TV setup was great and they were very accommodating when we asked for a specific game on one of their TVs. The locals were all very friendly. Check them out!

Been here a couple of times and it never disappoints!! Service is great and I love that they have a dog friendly patio that stays cool in the summer. My favorite appetizer is the spinach dip and favorite meal is the fish and chips

First and definitely not the last time I'll come to this location! My team and I ate here for lunch prices were great between $10-$18. When arriving to this location it may seem a little on the older side from the outside and small, but once you walk in this place is huge! They had a dart board, outside Patio, Volleyball courts! I would love to come back and check it out when it's a full house!! The only thing that took a while was the food, but I can't really complain because it tasted amazing, and we were a party of 6 it came out all at the same time and everyone's food was hot! This is a struggle I have always encountered when dining with larger parties, but I am very content with my overall experience here. See you soon!

Not sure why this place doesn't get higher ratings. We are locals and live a few blocks away. this is a great place to grab a beer and Irish bar food that is surprisingly good. I love me some fish and chips and theirs are really good!! Bartenders are friendly and beers are cheap. Wings are legit!! I just wish they served Irish breakfast. My goal is to harass them until they do
The only reason for 3 stars is our server. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The food was just ok. We had burgers and a sandwich. Not impressed at all. I saw the gentleman who brought our food out (not our server) take a tater tot off of my plate while waiting for the last plate to be in the kitchen window. Maybe this is common for servers to do, but it disgusted me enough not to eat the tater tots and not come back when we are in town.

I waited 20 minutes for service at the bar....I finally got fed up and walked out. Is there a reason 3 workers looked directly at me and didn't greet me or ask to take my order?! What a joke. Never returning.

I was at work when I was craving for fish & chips & decided to order delivery via UberEats. I ordered the fish & chips and a side caesar salad.The fish & chips were tasty and the portion was huge. The salad as a side portion was very big, not sure if they gave me a full size one. The salad was dry but it was edible.

The service here is horrible, and management has yet to figure that out. They sometimes have a hostess but even with that it takes forever for a server to acknowledge your existence. Order a meal, and you'll get it without silverware or napkins.

The staff here is why they get 5 stars from us. Consistently on point with handling issues, requests and changes. Food is great since they focus on more than just your typical "bar food". Can't wait to gather the group again and hit up your restaurant again!
