First time at RA and had a wonderful time. I got the spicy chicken ramen and ate it all. A friend got the Philly roll and the regular ramen, "RA" men. Service was quick and kind, especially for a Friday night. The ambiance is nice for any occasion. The drink menu and some of the main entrees are on the pricier side. Although what we got was well worth the price!

Food and waitress service was great but the hostess were horrid. Didn't have our reservation then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't have a booth because those were for people with reservations. Even after I showed them my confirmed reservation on OpenTable they wouldn't do a thing. Definitely a poor reflection on the company

We have been to RA Happy Hour many times. There is a reason we go back . . . Consistently good sushi rolls. The drinks are not a great value, Kirin was only $1.50 off at Happy Hour, but the rolls are always good and a better value. The Viva Las Vegas roll is the highlight. We'll be back!!

Great spot for a quick happy hour drink and sushi. Friendly service and pleasantly quiet, not too crowded and has a great bar to sit down with your companion. If your looking for fast action w a lot going on, this is not that, but to relax and be able to chat, this place is great!!

This was a real restaurant concession on my part because I have a severe shellfish allergy, but because it was the choice of a dear friend to celebrate her birthday I relented. How surprisedvI was to find a menu that suited my needs, despite my doubts! Totally enjoyed our luncheon which was delicious and I'll be back again!

Mark and Dane took care of me and my friends. We’ve been at a softball tournament all weekend and wanted something other than fast food. Coming in wearing jerseys and expecting to not be served. Mark served us and asked us about the tournament and took care of us. Service was amazing. Next time in in Phoenix, I will definitely be back.

Been there many times, never had horrible service like this before! Waitress was really nice, but not sure how the table next to us got their sushi first or their drinks when they came in 20 minutes after us. We waited 48min for our appetizer and miso soup. Waited 20 minutes for her to even come to the table and take our drinks and then we put in the order with our drink because we thought OK they are busy so lets just order everything, so waited another 1h for our main sushi meal. I asked for manager he told me he doesn't know why some things come out of the kitchen the way they do in what order... they should really get another manager! Its your staff, how do you mot control in what order the food comes out to who? I complained and he wanted to shut me up with $30 discount on a bill that was $253... by the way, they were not packed!

The server was good however Unfortunately the food quality was poor at best. We've had average food experiences the last couple of times. I heard a neighboring table return some sushi because it tasted funny. We've also have had friends recently give up going here because of food quality issues. It was a neighborhood go to for us but will not be going back.

Ann-Marie is the best. She is welcoming with a "Cheers" type welcome with her lunch crowd. The food is delicious and she is always recommending new food suggestions.

Great atmosphere. If you love Asian style food you'll be well satisfied. I lived in Asia and will seek this place out over many others. The quality of food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sashimi is top notch for being in the desert. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Have been back again and will continue to go ?

Prices and portions have gotten out of control. Here’s an example. Ramen noodles in this image. How can you charge $18 for this portion of noodles? It’s the cheapest ingredient. Sadly, I also ordered extra noodles (for $3.50 more to make this entree $21.50) which they forgot to put in takeout bag (pending call back from manager). After a decade of being a customer, I am done.

We have been to this restaurant several times. Our favorite order is the sashimi assortment. It comes with rice, a small salad and miso soup. The sashimi comes in a huge bowl of ice, different slices of tuna, salmon, yellow tail, shrimp and octopus. The whole thing was a feast to the eyes and your stomach.

Overall, not a bad happy hour experience the sushi was just OK. The fish was definitely not fresh. I’ve had better, but it also wasn’t old or anything. The seaweed, for the Maki rolls was chewy in a way that seemed like they potentially had either old seaweed wraps, or they premade some of the basic rolls and refrigerated. Nothing to write home about. Our bartender was nice and hospitable and very quick with the drinks and food. It was a slower Wednesday evening at 5 ( They’re happy hour ends at seven) All around not bad if I went again I’ll probably skip the sushi and try some of their hot items. But it’s a chain, so what can you really expect? Just OK food .
