Great happy hour! Sit at the bar with Tony. Don't leave without the pecan pie. I love the way they do their chicken tortilla soup - and the green chili kettle, pork, is enough for 2!
Our party of four enjoyed our dinner immensely. Two of us ordered from the 3-course dinner menu and had ahi tuna. A beautiful thick piece of tuna deliciously seasoned. The other members had a filet and a side of mashed potatoes, and cedar-planked salmon. All were so delicious. And who could leave without having one of the house-made desserts? Huckleberry cheesecake was our choice, not too heavy, and the huckleberry puree was refreshing with a nice tartness that went so well with...
We celebrated our anniversary at Roaring Fork and despite a slow start with service, the excellent food made it a great meal though we'd probably come back outside of the busy happy hour crowd.
