Visited the location off of FLW. Noticed the store as I went thru the Prestige Cleaners drive thru. Thought I'd give it a try and bought a Prime NY strip that was particularly well marbled and thick. Must say not only was the price fair, but also, the steak was flavorful and tender. I no longer buy meat at Frys or Albertsons. I thought the quality this time was better than the AJ's Prime I usually buy. Definitely going to try them again.
I started going to this butcher shop years ago when it first opened and still go for the best burger patties , tenderloin steaks etc.
the people are friendly , met the owners when they first opened and now years later and I believe 1 child and another on the way . I am so happy this business succeeded in this day and age of large impersonal grocers .. If you want an amazing steak this is the place , it comes with incredible service and there isn't a price...
