The steak was dry brined for 36 hours, brought to room temp, into a 300 degree oven for 22 minutes and finished in a cast iron skillet on a propane grill. Removed at 130 degrees, rested and plated. DELICIOUS and perfectly cooked to medium rare- we’ll be back Rust Nail for more!!

One word, WOW! We visited Rusty Nail Meats last week for the first time and we were so impressed. Jaime and the Saturday crew were great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They kindly answered all of my questions and gave us a full rundown of their offerings.
We purchased eggs, jalapeño cheddar sausages, ground beef, and a couple of gorgeous ribeye steaks. All the products were amazing and cooked up deliciously!
