As some of the previous reviews said, this location has its ups and downs particularly with customer service. There are a few I really enjoy seeing and talking with and some I just can’t believe after all these years they are still working in the bagging position and try to avoid them. Bought a birthday cake, it was stale and hard like it had been made a week ago. The design was perfect, but I won't be ordering cakes here anymore. I have gotten cakes from other Safeways and they had always exceeded my expectations. Not sure why they couldn't this time. I asked for a single layer with cupcakes. The cupcakes were missing, the cakes was two tier, but paid about $40 for the small 10" cake.

The store's customer service has its ups and downs, with some staff being defensive and argumentative. Additionally, the quality of some products, such as birthday cakes, can be disappointing. Despite this, some customers have had positive experiences with certain staff members and products from other Safeway locations.
