Shake Shack Fashion Square

Came with my cousin, we both enjoyed the chicken shack sandwich. Phenomenal and great priced. Doesn't come with fries without an extra buy but I wasn't wanting them so I don't mind. I bought the Oreo milkshake with pride sprinkles after, delicious. The servers were thorough with serving things in a timely manner and keeping the establishment clean!

This was probably the best hamburger at a fast food I’ve ever had. It was unbelievable. We loved the Smashburger crispy edges and how hot it was. Hamburgers were seasoned really nicely and the bun was soft and warm.

Disappointing Experience
I've enjoyed Shake Shack many times, especially at the SanTan Village location in Gilbert, where I've consistently received great service and quality food.

While visiting the Scottsdale area, we decided to stop by the Fashion Square location. Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as what we've come to expect from Shake Shack.

The Chicken Shack sandwiches we ordered were extremely greasy. We actually had to remove the top bun and wipe off some of the excess grease from the chicken before we could comfortably eat them. This was disappointing, as it was quite different from the quality we've experienced at other locations.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but based on this visit, I would probably choose a different location next time. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future customers have a better experience.

My husband ordered the Mango Passion Fruit Boba from Shake Shack and the drink itself tasted good, BUT there was plastic shredding inside of it. He was so confused while drinking it at first because he didn’t realize what it was. Definitely not something you expect to find in your drink. Please be careful and double check your beverages before drinking.

Try the smoked burger . Cheese fries bacon

They have indoor seating and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has heaters for the winter(I know, in Phoenix probably not necessary) and misters for the Spring, Summer, and Fall. This location is located inside the mall. It’s near one of the exits right across from Moxies. The free parking outside was completely full with people circling looking for an open spot. We were visiting the mall so we used the underground parking. The food here is great. The burgers are similar to in-n-out burgers which I love. I’ll try the chicken sandwich next time because I’ve heard they are good. I got an Oreo shake and true to its name, it Shake Shack delivered on the Oreo Shake. My daughter got the strawberry shake and it did not disappoint. We also got fries and onion rings. Both were delicious and hit the spot. They have free water cups near the ketchup dispenser inside along with a tap for water. I appreciate the business for making it easy to access water cups. When we arrived the line was long and customers were ordering. I downloaded the app and got 20% off my first order. So that was nice. We were able to order everything on the app before it would have been our turn to order at the kiosk so it was faster.

This location is terribly managed. It isn’t clean inside. The food takes forever, and when it’s ready it’s not super warm because they don’t have enough employees to bring it out.
If you’re at the mall, go elsewhere to eat.

overly expensive! Terrible place to go to if you are on your lunch break there’s no urgency in getting your food fixed or done like i even made a online order wayyyyy before my lunch break and still ended up spending 27 minutes waiting

The Korean chicken burger was really good the k fried chicken can be a bit more spicy. Overall good food.
