Good taste great. There was no service, it's impersonal cause you order from a machine on the wall pull a ticket and they walk out and drop the bag on the table in front of you. Basically figure out where all the condiments are and nobody greets you so nothing to really rate service on.

Burger is a burger. Better off buying your own and grilling at home and adding your toppings/ seasonings. My patties were heavy handed with salt.

Easy to access when you are inside fashion square Mall. Good burgers but I don't get the hype, personally like in n out more. Wife disagrees.

My wife and I had lunch at the Fashion Square location today for the first time and hoped it would be good. It was awful! The hamburgers had no seasoning and were way to pink in the middle. I asked what kind of cheese they offer and was told American or pepper jack, so we chose pepper jack, which was an upcharge we were not told about. The burgers were so greasy they made the bread a soaked mess. We had spicy fries which were simply a bunch of powder dumped on the top and not even mixed in so some fries were not edible. We had to leave the mall way earlier then we wanted because my wife's stomach got sick. Service was barely worthwhile and the table was not very clean. We have had Shake Shack in Las Vegas and it was awesome, but fell flat here in Scottsdale. I wish I would have just returned the food after the first couple of bites, but I hate doing that! I walked away feeling ripped off. We will not make that mistake again.
