My first time in Shake shack and oh my gosh, what is this place? Never had a better milkshake in my whole life (vanilla custard and Thai tea)! Perfect burger and unbelievable cheese potatoes. Officially addicted!

Best Cookies and Cream Shake I have ever had!! It was very thick and tasty just the way I like it!! The burger with raw onions was delicious and the Truffle fries were very good!

Best burger I’ve had in a long time….

Worst shake shack experience of my life, no one at the register, couldn’t pay in cash, then after I ordered they let me know it would be 45 minutes. So after standing in line for 20 minutes I then had to wait in another line to cancel my order. It was 30 minutes for nothing.

I used to be a huge fan of shake shack but they keep increasing their prices, shirking the size of their burgers, and in this location the service is bad most of the time. I don’t mind paying extra but dont rip me off with a smaller burger due to shrinkflation

Ordering on the kiosk was nice and fast. Once I received my food I was disappointed. I paid extra dor bacon that was not even cooked and cheese fries that were stuck together and harden by dried nacho cheese. Burger was greasy and the undercooked bacon killed it for me. I have been to this location before but today was very disappointing after paying $52 for two meals.

Ordered at the Kiosk and received a text that said I would get a text when the order was ready. I never received a text. At 30 minutes after I placed the order I went to check on my food, it still wasn’t ready and was told that I couldn’t get an update on how much longer it would be. I ended up waiting 45 minutes before my food was ready. I also never received a text indicating it was ready. My burger was cold. Overall the worst experience I’ve had at a shake shack this far. This is very disappointing because I really love shake shack.
