I order from this ShakeShack delivery once a week, every week for the last year. They NEVER put the extra side of shack sauce I order in the bag. NEVER. Why? How can you forget 30 times in a row? You can't. They are just being lazy. This is a customer service issue, the managers aren't doing any quality checks or training properly.

Shake Shack certainly lived up to their name "SHACK!" Probably the worst milkshake we've ever had...and we are not picky eaters.But seriously, it tasted like bland vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup! Something I would make for my 7-year old who has no palate. The fries were meh at best.Between the two of us we tried desperately to finish this thing to at least get our money's worth. Only made it halfway, couldn't stand the flavor any further. Ended up tossing the rest. Yuck!Go to Jack In The Box or Chick-fil-A if you're looking for an actual milkshake. Unbelievable!

I kept seeing shake shack on the list of burger joints on UberEats and finally decided to try it. I got the avocado bacon burger on a gluten free bun, Korean BBQ fries, and ginger ale. Despite it being a delivery, it still tasted fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The gluten free bun is fluffy and large. The Korean BBQ fries are good, but spicy. And the ginger ale tasted in-house, i could be wrong but it didnt taste like the usual brands. I was honestly very impressed and happy because the reviews left by others are so mixed. I made my Husband jealous so I'll be back for more! ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun

Very slow. This location pumps out pick up orders and if you are ordering in the restaurant you are the second priority.The restaurant was empty and I ordered 1 milk shake and it took 15 minutes. They were filling a pick-up orders with 20+ shakes ahead of mine. I’ve worked in fast food, to keep times down they could have easily made my order.Guy working to clean up the lobby was just flirting with the cashier the entire time.Felt like I was interrupting since he was standing right in front of the register while I was trying to get the attention of the cashier to place my order.
