It was ok for a fast food joint. Seemed slightly expensive for the food which was so-so. Biggest surprise was that they had limited choices of shakes, yet that's supposed to be their specialty.

Our experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect and how we wanted it. I believe Katie Brown helped us! She was absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional service.

I've been to a couple of Shake Shacks before and this one seems to be an express spot because the it is very small compared to the others and does not offer a fountain station or ketchup dispenser, just packaged condiments and a few tables and booths. There are ordering kiosks, but we had allergy questions and ordered in person. When our requested condiments didnt come out with our order, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to help me obtain which was disappointing because...
