The owners/employees made our night last night. They are wonderful people. Saw my husband walk up with our daughter as they were closing, and told him they could stay open a little longer for us. The ice cream is wonderful and being “organic” was the cherry on top. Justin gave us local restaurant recommendations as we are from out of town. We are here for a month so we will absolutely be back.
Shakes & Cones is a great place to go when you’re craving a classic ice cream treat. The ice cream is smooth and flavorful, and the sundaes are generously topped without being over the top. Everything feels freshly prepared, whether you’re ordering a cone, cup, or milkshake. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and the staff are welcoming and quick with service. It’s an easy local favorite for satisfying your sweet tooth with simple, well-made desserts.
My husband and I have been frequent visitors of Shakes & Cones for the past two years. Everything is good, but if an ice cream shop can be judged solely on their vanilla alone, then Shakes & Cones can’t be beat!
