From host Derek to Chef T this has been an experience that is beyond compare. The selection and quality of Sake is superb but the food is out of this world extraordinary. The freshness of every ingredient and the flavors used to bring out the main flavors for each dish is outstanding in every way.

The Omakase was excellent and there really wasn't a course that I didn't not like. I was able to try a few dishes prepared in ways I had not had before. The sushimi and various dishes were fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the care taken in its preparation and presentation.

Outstanding experience. Best meal of my life thus far! Every component to every course tasted incredibly fresh, thoughtful, and purposeful. I fear I can never look at sushi quite the same way again. We will definitely be returning. Nicola was a wonderful server. Our experience was well worth the cost!
