The best Japanese dining experience in Phoenix. Rivals the top omakase places in Las Vegas or Los Angeles. Delicious imaginative menu, the freshest ingredients and chef and the sou chefs are all very likable people. I have went there every month since last fall and I am still impressed by this restaurant every time.
We save ShinBay for special people and special occasions. It is truly a jewel and we have been lucky enough to have dined here 4 times in the past few years. Each time the meal brings tears to our eyes, as we appreciate the time, care and creativity that is taken by Chef with each bite. Do we have favorites?
