From host Derek to Chef T this has been an experience that is beyond compare. The selection and quality of Sake is superb but the food is out of this world extraordinary. The freshness of every ingredient and the flavors used to bring out the main flavors for each dish is outstanding in every way.

Outstanding experience. Best meal of my life thus far! Every component to every course tasted incredibly fresh, thoughtful, and purposeful. I fear I can never look at sushi quite the same way again. We will definitely be returning. Nicola was a wonderful server. Our experience was well worth the cost!

Omakase dining for the first time before our upcoming trip to Japan. Food was amazing! The entire experience is a must do! Watching Master Chef prepare and plate multiple courses was a treat.
