Last time I came here was almost 7 years ago. Everything then was amazing. This time around, the clay pot rice was a little too burnt. If you want to pay $30 for burnt rice, go for it, but the rice didn’t have any flavor on its own. The soup and salad saved this rating
I went here for my birthday dinner last week and was so happy with the service, friendly staff, and Vietnamese food. The owner clearly takes great pride in using quality ingredients and putting care into every dish. Vietnamese food is not usually my go-to when dining out, but this place completely won me over and took amazing care of us. I highly recommend trying the shishito peppers, Slanted Wings, filet mignon shaken beef, crispy rice, and garlic noodles!
More of a Viet Chic vibe. As a very long time consumer of Pho, I’ve been here before, albeit a few years ago, and the atmosphere has changed. Long gone is the sub$20 bowl of soup. I will say the soup is heavily broth centric which is normally a Northern Vietnam thing and the effort shows. The soup was well worth the price tag. Overall, I would recommend this place over others in the area.
