I have passed this particular restaurant so many times on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. yet I’ve never gone there until this evening for dinner. I was extremely impressed with my dinner at Some Burros. The young lady behind the counter suggested I get a Carne Asada Burrito and she was not kidding. It was absolutely delicious. I ended up getting it as #13 which came with refried beans and other goodies that you can see on the dinner plate. I also ended up going with the Verde...

Not sure how I had never heard of this place before 2 weeks ago, but the whole menu is delicious. I highly recommend the carne asada, and if your at the one in north Scottsdale, get the spicy tomatillo sauce (they're the only ones who have it apparently) because it is the perfect blend of spice and complex flavors.

I eat pretty regularly at this Someburros and always order the Beef Machaca burrito and recommend it to my friends. I recently went for lunch and saw that the special was a Caldillo plate. I tried it and loved it! Everything was delicious. Even the grilled jalapeño. This has become my go to meal . I will also recommend their green sauce that you can get with your chips.
