The last two time I've gone here were very underwhelming. The next to the last time while ordering my food a guy walks in with a dog and takes it into the kitchen where all the food was. And the people in the kitchen proceeded to go pet it and then went back to preparing food. I wasn't going to go back but was convinced by my family to give them another chance. So I placed a mobile order, and requested it to be made in 20 minutes. Upon showing up I told them my name and she proceeded to pick up my shakeswhich was right next to the heat lamp. I asked for them to be made fresh on to be told they couldn't. So I ended up taking melted shakes. Because of this I would never go to that sonic again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
The cashier didn't listen when everyone told her there order and she still got it wrong. When went to let her know that the order was wrong she got up set and started to charge us agen then she started to argue with me, I asked for a supervisor and there at home not at work what the hell is going on I've been here over the years and have never had this problem with this location. I will not be returning. Who ever is running this location you need to retrain your worker.

Visited the store on 9/29/23 at 8:09am hours on the window says open dining room hours at 8am it is past 8am it is now 8:10am false advertisement on the hours. I will never come back here again this place lost my business.
