Cy did a wonderful job, creating an exceptional experience. He went above and beyond. The food was delicious. He recommended the bouchon and I loved it. We will be coming back.

Food was delicious, amazing sauce, but very small portions.
Calamari was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was served in a large thimble, completely disproportionate.
Server was polite and attentive.
Dining area was just open, not cozy, the warm wood and brick were lovely, but no unique decor or ambiance, not intimate, no candle on the table, hard uncomfortable chairs, there were booths on the back wall, but they weren’t offered, other diners were too close, it was loud.

Our new go-to spot for great Italian dishes. The spaghetti and meatballs were fantastic, and the pizza and ciopino were just as good! You wont regret booking a table at Spiga.

Can we just put it out there that the new owners just might not care anywhere near what Fernando and his team did ! Had a good time after a long time away, good cocktails and food! Better start serving Martinis in martini glasses not some gimlet or champagne glass! Clientele base was significantly down since the new ownership took over..... portion sizes are smaller and they're not even giving bread to the tables anymore?

We had a fabulous meal celebrating our 30th anniversary ar Spiga last night. The service provided by Sal and his team was awesome. He recommended dishes to share and everything he recommended was fabulous. For the entrees I had the veal Parmigiano.I'm from New York and have eaten Italian all over the world. This may have been the best veal I can remeber eating, tender, not chewey, sliced perfectly just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pasta side with vodka sauce was delicious as well. My wife had the homemade ravioli stuffed with salmon and ricotta which was fresh and delicious as well. From salads to focaccia to entree to deserts, Everything was fabulous.
It was a wonderful meal and just a wonderful evening.
My only knock on the atmosphere is this use to be a white table cloth restaurant. It makes the whole restaurant look classy and upscale. The majority of the tables are now bare with the formica top, they are old and worn and give you the feel of eating in a diner or New York City pizza place, not an upscale Italian restaurant which is what Spiga is.
I know it costs more so charge $1 more per table and put table clothes on each table- it'll change the whole vibe!
Anyway we LOVED SPIGA and thank you SAL for making our celebration so special!

An incredible place worth every penny! First of all I have to mention that we had to wait quite a long time for a waiter because they were understaffed, so long that the manager personally came to apologise to us. But we completely understood it because with food this amazing you have to expect the place to be busy.
The calamari were absolutely delicious and the seafood soup was simply incredible, packed with mussels, prawns and basically everything you could dream of from the ocean. The Filetto di Maiale was OUTSTANDING. It literally melted in the mouth. The mashed potatoes were wonderful too, just like we make them in Poland, bringing back that comforting feeling of home and childhood memories. You just want to keep eating and eating.
Thinking about ordering the octopus as a starter? A perfect choice, crispy, rich and absolutely spot on! Beautiful views, gorgeous paintings on the walls and that wine display in the middle of the restaurant really creates such a special atmosphere.

One of the worst management experiences I have seen. They should sell the restaurant back to the original owners.

Food was mediocre, service was lacking and to top it off they wanted a credit card surcharge on top of the forced 20% tip for a $1000 bill. Not coming back.

Any restaurant that charges a Credit card processing fee is not a serious restaurant. Stay clear

Tap water and Chicken Parmesan that tastes worse than school cafeteria food. At least the pasta was acceptable.

One of our favorite spots since we moved out to Scottsdale 8 years ago. TJ is one of the most cordial owners we have met - highly recommend Spiga!
