THE. WORST. CUPCAKES. EVER. I really don't understand the hype of these things, I've tried in several occasions and each time disappointed. They are hard, dense and dry, just not good at all. I can make better cupcakes with a Betty Crocker 1.99 box. It's like they are premade, then frozen and set out to purchase. Not fresh. The taste between the human cupcakes and their dog cupcakes is zero difference.

My drive to Sprinkles is about 40 minutes each way but when I need to get something special for any special occasion, it's gonna be Sprinkles and I'll tell you why. They list all their ingredients which is very important to me as I have systemic nickel allergy so I cannot have soybean oil which is basically vegetable oil in my food/dessert and most of their cupcakes do not contain soybean oil which is very exciting to me. Also they make their cupcakes fresh everyday without using preservatives so that's definitely a plus for me. Guys you gotta try out their LIMITED EDITION Berries & Cream. It's super moist, not overly sweet, and the blueberry pie filing was bursting with flavors. The lilac sugar crystals went perfectly with all the other components. It's only available till 4/14. If you're a fan of cinnamon you have to try their triple cinnamon, it's really good. Cinnamon cream is sweet but goes really well with the lightly spiced buttermilk cupcake. Their website for ordering online is so convenient and user friendly. Pictures and descriptions of each cupcake/sweets are definitely true to what you actually get in person. They also have cupcakes now for those that have fur-babies and love to celebrate them. Don't forget to sign up for their Sprinkles perks as you earn points and get 1 free cupcake on your birthday month!

I just tried to buy a couple cupcakes from here and found out THEY DONT TAKE CASH!! I'm not using cards right now so I'm just running off of cash. Who in their right mind doesn't take cash? That's literally throwing away sales. Sorry Sprinkles but you're failing miserably on this one.

$11.20 for two delicious dark chocolate cupcakes! I love the ATM machine! The entire ordering process takes <2 minutes. They also keep the ATM machine very well stocked with all their best options.

Unfortunately, in the past year or so, the price has been climbing higher and higher and now the price is over $5 each AND the size has shrunk substantially--mostly frosting and a tiny bit of cake! Unfortunately my experience was not the same as those from my memories. I got the red velvet cupcake and was disappointed with how dry not only the cupcake was but also the frosting. It looked great but the frosting itself was crusted and hard, and the cake tasted like it was made too far in advance. Just my opinion and hoping it was just a idiosyncracy.

Yummy delicious cupcakes first time trying! Service was great first ordered for dash from our air BNb. Atmosphere was great since it was outside like from like an ATM machine thing so that was a great thing to experience lol.

I recently visited this location and I was extremely disappointed. The cupcakes were stale and not moist at all! I have had Sprinkles once before in Chicago and it was a completely different experience. Not sure if I just got old cupcakes but for $6 for one I won't be back. SmallCakes is way better.
Finally was able to try the chocolate marshmallow and it wasn’t extremely sweet marshmallow flavor. The weekly flavors keep me coming back and the after hours cupcake atm allows my cupcake desires to be fufilled at even 1am.The red velvet is such a great balance of sweetness control from Sprinkles baking style. Even this week’s s’mores cupcake wasn’t death by sugar. I’m actually really impressed with how they managed to make the s’mores top. It feels and tastes like a toasted marshmallow.If I had to critique anything it would be the strength of the base. The cupcake is so soft that I find the cap falls off really easily if I don’t first pull it apart.Regardless, sure a single cupcake might be a pretty penny but you can’t find cupcakes like this with weekly flavors and 24hr atm access.

I’m disappointed in the quality that was this sprinkles. The salted caramel cookie was simply inedible, it was beyond salty. Yes I understand it’s supposed to have some salty aspect to it but this was honestly inedible.The lemon blueberry cupcake of which I ordered three tasted old and dry and my strawberry cupcake had overly sweet frosting but the cupcake part was good. The chocolate vanilla cupcake was meh and I still have the red velvet to try, but I’m no longer as excited to eat it as I initially was. Not sure if all sprinkles quality is lessened or it’s just the Scottsdale shop. I’ll have to go back to La Jolla to check them out and compare. Overall it was just ok and for what you pay that was quite disappointing.

I had an awful experience here today. It was ridiculous and could have been avoided. I did not want to make a scene. Their customer service could be greatly improved. The app and website could also be better. There should be a way to keep gift cards on the account, instead of adding it each time a purchase is made. My mom added a loyalty reward on for free cookie, brownie, or scoop. That should have been easily added to receipt, instead I had to ask about it three times and after a second employee got involved. We have bought so many cupcakes here, we should been awarded a free cupcake. Love the cupcakes. The customer service and user experience needs to be worked on. Please make it better.

Wouldn’t ever stop here if I didn’t love my dog so much. The people working won’t even acknowledge you if you’re a man, or don’t look like you “belong” in Scottsdale. Tried to pick up an online order for my first time, waited in line but the second it was my husbands turn- they left. After several minutes he expressed that he was getting an online order and they (without looking up) said they were behind him. He said he wanted to order something else and they didn’t even make an attempt to help him. So he walked out with just the pupcakes. It’s for the best- the cupcakes are overrated- I’d rather go to Tammie Coe, better tasting and happier employees.
