So today I went, to this new Starbucks in Scottsdale mall, unfortunately a barista told my bf to buy something to be seated, I was purchasing when this lady came to told him that, Starbucks you need to treat people right, and also train the people who worked there as well Starbucks do it better next time! 😡

The morning staff is really nice and on top of the orders. But especially the worker Logan, he's super nice and makes the drinks on point everytime. Good service/attitude is hard to come by these days so I think it’s worth pointing out when it’s there.. :)

This Starbucks is the best!!! Charlie with the excellent mustache gave me and my coworker cold foam because their online system wasn't working 🥲 THANK YOU CHARLIE you made our day!
Genuinely I've had awesome customer service at this location! The gal with the deathly hallows tattoo is wonderful too! Thanks to this spot for always being a lovely way to start the day ✨

The service is terrible. Everyone is very slow. They leave your drink ready and don't bring it to you. They don't deliver your order at the same time. The taste is awful. Don't waste your time and money at this location.

This location is never open and severely understaffed
I work in the mall and close regularly, I used to get a somewhat healthy dinner every day. In the past Month the hours have changed, saying you close at 6p but you're advertising a lie....I go to lunch at 5p and it's already closed. I understand if you're understaffed but don't lie to your loyal customers. Like someone else stated I've also changed my routine and go to Nordstrom's cafe. Very disappointing
I had already purchased a drink and was sitting down when a barista came over and told me I needed to order something if I wanted to sit. I felt very uncomfortable as I had already placed my order, and it came across as disrespectful. I hope your team can better train staff on how to approach such situations more politely and professionally.

New shop! Happy they're out of the kiosk. That said, drinks are rushed and sub-par. Often not full (out of the last three orders, all were underfilled). Much better options in the mall with the Nordstrom EBar and Capital One Cafe. This location is always incredibly crowded and baristas are clearly overwhelmed.
Kinda crowded
We waited in line for 30 minutes for just a regular coffee with half and half. We finally got it and it was half cream half coffee so we asked to have it redone how it was supposed to be. They took the coffee and made us wait another 10 minutes just to put the same coffee back out and pretend they redid it. Will not come to this location again.
1 minute to order, 30 minutes to receive an iced coffee. Unreal.
A nice way to start the day. We left our hotel and headed our for hikes, visits, and a little shopping, but first we stopped here for some coffee and to map out our plans for the day. Good stop.
