Unfortunately at 5:20pm on 2/17 the associate was very rude when I asked a question politely. Instead of answering she implied that I missed reading the small sign on the counter and was put out. Perhaps Starbucks should invite front line associates to professional development classes. She also forgot my bakery item and had to be re-reminded. Service without a smile.
Hard to review the place cuz I could not find it. I would have added a title that said a warning for others using the map but it wouldn't let me. The map did not tell me it was inside a grocery store. I drove around a mall that had several restaurants, a grocery store, clothing stores.... Only when I drove around a tree did I see a sign on the outside of Safeway that said Starbucks inside. The map should have been more clear cuz I wasted time getting there and wasted time...
