In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I come to this starbucks almost every morning since it is right next to my office building. Today I had ordered a venti matcha chai latte and not only was the chai completely forgotten, the matcha was not sifted completely so there are huge chunks of matcha on my drink.

I’m just disappointed because I was looking forward to my drink and it was just all sorts of messed up. Cannot get a remake because I am working too, so just unfortunate.

The music is terrible, but I think it is the same in all Starbucks. Bring noise cancelling headphones and your own music.

I come here a few times a week because I work down the road. I'm usually in before 7:30am. Even at that time, everyone is incredibly friendly. It's always fast service and I appreciate these guys working their butts off to make it happen! Thank you team!
