I think the staff were fine; I had almost no interaction with them as I ordered through the app to sit in the store. Every power outlet was loose and unable to hold anything plugged into it. Also the music is loud and a lot of it is awful.
Drive-thru took a bit of time to get our order, though we were the only one in the line to be serviced, and one of the two drinks we ordered wasn’t as flavorful as what we are use too. Overall, positive experience.
Coffee was good, but this location is so crowded. It took a very long time to receive our order, and multiple guests who ordered after others were served first, causing frustration and multiple people questioning the staff. I think the location could benefit from another work station to improve output and guest satisfaction.
