I am only giving 5 stars based on 1 young lady. Her name is Ellie. She mind as well have been working alone. I saw 4 other employees with their heads in the clouds, not only was she making all the drinks for the long drive thru line but also for the customers inside and also directing the incredibly slow moving staff. Asking for help and yet not receiving it from other staff members. This was the perception from the guest. Give this woman a raise, she clearly is a dedicated, hard...

Great service with extra friendly staff. Made my order (Iced Caramel Macchiato w/ and extra espresso shot) & went outside. Got caught on the phone. I went in to get my drink and they offered to remake it since sat for a few minutes. I didn't even ask. Thanks, you have a great team! It's quite, even outside by Shea, so very easy to hold a conversation.
