Pizza was OK. You do have to wait while they heat up your slice which is OK. The guys serving were super cool, and made sure they roasted your order back for clarification. Would return again if I'm the area. Nice to look around and see pics of all the cars we've all seen on YouTube over the years. Love the Gladiator out front.
This place is going to be one of my new lunch spots. Pizza was fantastic! I only bought one slice and could only finish half, so I saved the other half for today's lunch and it heated up perfectly in the air fryer and still tastes amazing!
Coming from a Chicago native Strad Pizza is a 9 of 10. Very good delicious pizza & huge slices. A little on the pricey side would like it at $5 a slice & $25 for whole pie. But overall better than most out here in the desert. Can't wait for the expansion.
