This restaurant is out of business! Yet Open Table has clearly not taken it out of its system. We arrived a little early only to find the restaurant dark and no cars. Yet I kept getting reminders plus now for me to rate it!

They closed. Sure would have been nice to know this in advance. We had a birthday celebration dinner that was ruined due to showing up for our reservation and finding out the restaurant had permanently closed. Open table & Sugo Bistro could have done better and alerted us well before our reservation day.

The food was mediocre and that was the positive for the evening. Had reservations, even called to confirm, but upon arrival sign said “Please seat yourself.” Down hill from there. Had to bus our table...plates on adjoining table were never cleared...waited exactly one hour for wine order (which was not as ordered). Server (there was one for the entire restaurant who was also the busser, bartender and food server) seemed to have no concept of time or that anything was out of sync. Simply a disastrous experience. Had hopes for a great neighborhood restaurant. No second chance warranted.

Tried it on a whim … excellent pizza!! My husband even ate the crust, which he never does! Enjoyed talking to the chef (Rosco) who is enthusiastic and passionate about his work. Decided to try the cannoli and Sicilian donuts … neither disappointed.Would definitely recommend!

The owner brought the food out himself and was very friendly. The food was delicious. It was a little out of the way to find on a Saturday night, but well worth the effort.

Just slightly off the path but well worth it!! Both times the food has been amazing. The owner/chef is very friendly and very proud of his mostly scratch recipes. Rightfully so. Definitely deserves a try. Great little spot with outstanding food.

Darn good food. Great service. The chef/owner came out to talk with us about the dishes. The cheese bread was fine, but nothing special. The fried veggies...I could have died a happy man after eating them. Absolute perfection! The Always Sunny in Venice and Short Rib pizzas were fabulous. The Carbonara pizza was fine. The Melanzane E Sugo (eggplant lasagna) was amazing. Crispy breading, spicy sauce, soft-but-not-mushy eggplant. We tried both types of cannoli - pistachio & classic. Well, my Italian Nona would have definitely approved. Not too sweet, but VERY tasty. The doughnuts were unique - not sweet, actually a little tart. The sauces added just enough sweet to make them heavenly.

I've been here 3 times for lunch. It has a great menu, great ambience, with cool and modern decor. We usually order the Tuscan salad and either the Margherita pizza and or the chicken al pesto pizza. Food is good but something seems to be missing with the pizzas? Not sure if it's the ingredients; it may be that it lacks freshness or the crust is too chewy. Of course, I still like it and I eat it. Staff is friendly but service is slow, so be patient and plan to wait. Best to order at the time you get your drinks delivered to the table.I will return and i do recommend it.

Delightful find! Do yourself a favor and head over to Sugo Bistro. The pizza crust is so good and we loved all the original toppings! We enjoyed some dessert too. My ten year old granddaughter loved the cannolis!

Had an amazing time with my family at Sugo Bistro. Food was delicious! I got a beautiful gin cocktail. My husband and I shared the pesto gnocchi and artichoke pizza, both so good! I cannot recommend it more, we sat on the patio and had an awesome view of the mountains.

The pizza was not good. The crust/dough was hard to chew and the taste was off. I also ordered wings with the house rub and they were not good either. If I wasn't hungry or short on time I probably would have complained.I will not be returning ever.

The only negative about this restaurant is it's a bit hard to find. The food and portion size were large and delicious. The waitstaff was very friendly and informative. The gluten free options for an Italian restaurant were wonderful. I will definitely be back again.

We live this neighborhood gem? The wood fired pizza is amazing. The pesto gnocchi is soft and melts in your mouth. Added the sicialian donuts with trio of sauces for dessert shared by four...perfect and yummy.
