First time visit with wife along with out of town guests. I respect entrepreneurs who put their heart and soul into their product, and it is clearly reflected in the food and service. I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu, which is unlike me.
This is THE best kept secret in Scottsdale. Sunset Bistro is a 5-star boutique restaurant featuring homemade pastas, excellent steak and Wagyu burger options plus salmon and so much more. It has a phenomenal wine list, the friendliest atmosphere where people talk to each other, and the owner, Romain, has such a warm and welcoming personality that attracts so many of us and keeps us coming back. This place is a GEM!
My wife and I visited sunset bistro recently and had an amazing experience. I’m not sure how Romain does it but as the one individual in the front of the house his service was impeccable. The attentiveness to each table (the place was full) was on point. I haven’t experienced that type of service outside of Michelin-rated restaurants.
