After talking with my husband, I've changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. He is the big fan of sushi (I don't love fish in general) and started going to Sushi Ko when they opened. He loves this place!

If your wife is looking for sushi after giving birth at the hospital next door, this is the place. Very fresh and high quality food. Very nice people who work there. Will be returning soon.

Food was okay! Enjoyed my sushi but the calamari was pretty flavorless, as was the sauce it came with. There was only one server who really tried his best to accommodate everyone, but the wait time was long. I don’t blame him in any way because he was responsible for bagging door dash orders, the bar, serving all customers, and seating them. I am annoyed that an owner/manager was present and wasn’t really helping him out in any way. Poor kid was extremely overworked and staffing...
