Staff was great. Food average or slightly below average. The rice in both of our rolls was very dry. The Las Vegas roll was good. The lobster roll tasted like nothing but rice and was chewy. It is unfortunate because we like supporting the local places. We don't plan on going back anytime soon.
We just discovered Swan Sushi after living in the area over a year and wish it hadn’t have taken us so long! They have a really great wine selection and nice choice of sushi rolls. Best shishito peppers we’ve had for a while. Service was outstanding. We will be back!
We are pretty much sushi snobs- really appreciate GOOD sushi. We went to Swan on the recommendation of friends who only go to Nobu, and were not disappointed! We arrived in time to take advantage of the Happy Hour menu- which has an impressive selection of premium sakes, draft beer and cocktails, as well as a good array of food.
