I ordered my daughter's 50th birthday cake here because I had heard the reviews from my friends were amazing. Had an amazing experience with the owner and will update my response for how delicious their cakes are.
I got a lavender/blueberry donut and a chocolate chip cookie. The donut was VERY greasy - I don't know if the oil wasn't hot enough when they fried the dough, or if they left it sitting on a very greasy tray for a long time. The cookie was too greasy also. There was too much of a butter, or maybe margarine, flavor to it. The texture of the cookie was perfect and a great amount of chocolate - just too greasy tasting.
Had a great experience and the pastries were delicious.
Highly recommended.
The service was handled professionally and with a smile.
The timing on the food and drink was way off. We left the counter with a plate that held three items.
Another plate was brought out with two items and that took about an additional 5-10 minutes.
Then our coffee showed up about 5 minutes after that.
