The food itself look fresh and was fine. The service was horrible. Barely even got a greeting when I entered from one person. They let me stand at the counter for far too long without helping me no explanation of how things works. They just figured you’d figure it out I guess. All the trashes were overflowing. And they were rude to their coworker, since he seemed to not have a clue what he was doing as well. Weird place.. We will not go back until the staff gets better training.
Great quality ingredients self service stations to customize or order your food. The prices are high. I assume people know this already but just a heads up I got two salads one I believe with double chicken after tax and tip was $57 so like $20 bucks a salad is common. I’d go back for healthier solution. They do some specials I noticed but was interested in those salad options.
I love sweetgreen food and mission- but every time I visit the store, I leave extremely disappointed with their customer service and staff. I had a particularly poor experience with an employee last night chastising a group accidentally taking the (add-on) focaccia bread (misleadingly placed on the pickup counter).
