I have been to this location a few times and I'm never quite impressed or satisfied with my visit, however my last visit was by far the worst & showed me how little this location cares for its customers. We sat at the sushi bar & arrived at 7pm. When we arrived it was pretty busy but the conveyor belt was lacking in what they had to offer. They had cheesecake, macarons, cheese balls & edamame that kept rotating and nobody was grabbing them. We noticed once it hit 7:30pm the chefs and staff started cleaning up, no more sushi rolls were being made, staff was cleaning the bar area around us with supplies you'd use when the restaurant is closed. 7:45 hit & more people arrived and they were seated right at the bar where little to no food was on the conveyor belt! I overheard servers telling customers they could only order from the menu at this point which left them feeling rushed and indecisive & that it would be last call. Keep in mind this place closes at 9pm & they expect staff to receive tips for seating us, it's hard to even get a refill! Restrooms are not kept up with, I do not think this place is worth the price at all.

This was my first time here, we came closer to closing so it makes sense that the sushi selection on the revolver did not have much selection to choose from however the employees let us know that if there was something we liked we could still order it and I did and they came out quickly every time. I did not smell burnt oil like another customer had stated in their reviews. I also saw someone say that they can't get over the fact it's not made to order. Well yeah it's a sushi revolving bar? The main attraction of the place. I'm sure they do have certain plates made to order based on menu but I only got sushi so do not know. I thought the food was exceptional quality I absolutely fell in love with the onion crunch roll, shaggy dog roll, and a few others I can't remember the names of anymore. I also tried their peach soda on the revolver, the apple flavored sake and both were great. All in all the employees made us feel seen (the ultimate deal for me) great food, great quality. We left full! I will be returning!

I dine here pretty often and most of the time it is the same group of servers who are just amazing. They always on top of refilling my drink, making sure I don’t need anything, and bringing out my food as soon as possible. My most recent server was Kam and I have gotten her a few times in the past, she is one of my favorites and I have been having her serve me for about a year. Overall Yen is just an amazing restraint with an amazing staff and amazing food!

Our server Paris was an absolute DOLL. but the food was soooo not good. I am not trying to hate at all .. I thought this would be similar to Sushi on Tatum or even quality wise like the OG Yen but this was not tasty at all.. I was actually overtly concerned about FoodBourne... and they had very limited revolving options..I will come back and hopefully that provides me with another opportunity to rate differently but dang. I gotta be honest.

We were waited on by a young man named Diego this past Sunday. He had Excellent Customer Service - anticipating our needs for utensils for dessert and quick beverage refills! A very Hardworking and Respectful staff member Diego is an asset to Yen Sushi.

This Restaurant has CLOSED….. Place has gone down hill. Used to be my favorite sushi spot. Service was good but the sushi was trash. Asked for a California roll with extra cucumber and no tomago they took a roll out of the fridge didn’t add extra cucumbers and sent it out. Then asked for fresh jalapeño popper with crab and they took one off the conveyer belt and put it in the microwave. At that point I left. Won’t be back.
