TCG is not what it used to be. Service was very good, atmosphere meh. Same old typical Steakhouse feel. Food presentation has deteriorated over the years. Steaks were OK, but not worth the squeeze. Thursday night in Scottsdale and maybe a third of tables were occupied.Granted peeps in Scottsdale are not the meat eaters in the Midwest, so I'll give them a pass on occupancy.I miss the bustling vibe of TCG of the 2000's!

Capital Grille is always a good call. Great food. Good service. Spouse loves the burrata and tomato and I enjoyed the caesar salad. We both ordered our standard filet and it was delicious. Super flavorful. Took a risk on an inexpensive wine and were surprised at how good it was. Will be back.

As you know there are many fine dining choicest to be had in and around the area; we choose you because of the consistency with food and professional servers. However, the cream always rises to the top even with the best! Rachel Ginsberg is the cream! Everything about this young women is exceptional. Having several businesses in Chicago, we live in both areas, we would hire Rachel in a second. Rachel has it all; class, professionalism and the sweetest smile ever as she communicates eye to eye! Congratulations and do whatever you can to keep this girl. Everything about our visit here was fantastic! It's a beautiful restaurant inside and out. The decor is very elegant once you're inside - Winston Churchill vibes. Great service all the way around from the hostess to our waiter. You're taken care of here!The food is delicious and perfectly made. Definitely recommend the Steak Tenderloin. Cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth. Their Caesar Salad was great as well.Overall, very impressive and will absolutely come back. Great spot for a date night or business dinner, too!

Chris the trainer was our server. This was the first time going. Excellent food, service was above and beyond. We went for my dad's birthday. They put a hand written card on the table and served complimentary champagne and desert for his birthday. Chris definitely knows how to treat you. Thank you Chris.

This was our first time to Capital Grill. The staff was excellent. The beet salad was outstanding, as were the filets and sea bass entrees. The au gratin potatoes were delicious and rich. I gave only a 3 star rating for food for the following reason: The coconut cream pie I ordered for dessert was quite disappointing. It had less than ¼ inch of coconut cream on the pie crust, with almost 2 inches of whipped cream on top. When I order a pie, I expect the main component to actually BE the main component. I recommend the Capital Grille, but would not recommend the coconut cream pie for dessert. Unless you really want a whipped cream pie instead.

This birthday dinner for my husband was exceptional. There was fabulous food, great drinks, attentive service, and lots of nice celebratory touches like complimentary champagne and dessert, as well as a picture memento. Our waiter Xavier saw to our every need! Love this restaurant!
The Food and the Service were outstanding. There was no rush to get through the meal and we had plenty of time to enjoy our dinner. Eric and the staff were great. The restaurant itself has a quiet and friendly ambiance. FYI: the restaurant only acknowledges Birthday celebrations with card, confetti, free dessert and staff congratulations but Anniversaries are not celebrated.

I came here with my friend who was just released from the hospital, and she wanted her very special dish so here we are.VIVIAN - One of the hostesses treated us royally. KiM was tho other hostess/I didn’t really talk to her but they’re both working really tired I would say definitely has a very good department the first impressionsOur waiter “with the mostest” was SHEA.-absolutely…Then the “Certified Trainer” CORY stopped by to check on us. He looks like a five star general ( Truly/ he has 5 gold stars on his jacket) but he treats you like family. Very nice dinner as can be found in town.The site is lit up like a resort hotel outside just beautiful. We usually come here during the day!Most importantly KIND, ATTENTIVE STAFF. They listen aggressively and look directly in the eyes. Thanks everybody. You did more than you may realize tonight!Bottom line:If you’re in town, especially with gas this place is the best bar. Nothing even close.! I would say in so many ways I was more impressed by the kindness than anything. You’re very special people to be able to work here guarantee you that….Thanks for reading!
