Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at The Italian Daughter. We had a late lunch at 2pm when they first open. No waiting.. we were seated right away. It was our first time here. We ordered 2 appetizers: calamari (was good) and meatballs (were excellent). I ordered the Scallops. However, even though the scallops were delicious, the sweet corn risotto that accompanies the scallops turned out to be the showstopper. It is excellent. Loved it very much and wholeheartedly recommend...
The risotto was cooked perfectly, as were the scallops. If you like octopus, you're in luck here. The dish is huge and so tasty. The service was just great, friendly and caring. I've told all my friends!
