Fairmont Princess is a 5Star Resort and that status was on display for our dinner at the Hacienda Restaurant. Friendly valet service at the front door, a cart ride, enjoying the campus, to the Restaurant, quickly seated, and veteran waiter ready to serve. Guacamole is made table-side and the best in the Valley. Pork shoulder and shrimp enchiladas well chosen (and not for the first time). Vegetables /Mexican spices replaced next visit. Service was really good. Our server Julio was amazing, very attentive, engaging and kind. Getting to the restaurant is tricky. You have to go to the hotel, park in the valet parking spot and then either walk or take a golf cart to the restaurant. The food was average, not what was expected for a restaurant within the Fairmont brand.
I love this place! Definitely get the guacamole- it's fabulous! I'm pretty sure La Hacienda has the most extensive tequila collection in town. And I need a set of their tequila sipping glasses. So pretty!! Thanks to La Hacienda for another treasured anniversary memory ❤️
