I've tried Nutrition Spot in Prescott and been meaning to try this location. Today was the day. Their shakes are like a meal, highly nutritious and filling. We drank this in replace of our normal lunch today. I had the coconut French toast and my friend had the espresso coffee ice cream. Both were delicious. They also had the dry mixes to take home. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a smoothie shop in Scottsdale and I found the perfect local spot. The owner of the smoothie shop is amazing and she provides a wide variety of smoothie options that taste great and are filled with good amount of protein.Many of the smoothies here taste like your favorite desserts except without the guilt of unnecessary fillers or artificial sweeteners. I stop and hang out in this great spot all the time. The vibe is good, the smoothies are excellent, and the owners, family, and staff are the best! I have to watch my blood sugar and wear a GCM. My blood sugar hardly moves, and everything is too tasty to pass it up. Stop in and check it out for yourself!
