Delicious food and great atmosphere, especially at night when they light up the fire ???. Their service is pretty slow though, during busy hours with a big crowd from conferences and events.

What an amazing experience from the minute you get out the door of your car. The staff was top notch friendly, courteous, respectful! The property was immaculately kept room service was perfect. The cleaning crew top notch! I haven't had that relaxing of a vacation in a long time!
Dietary restrictions: I had a rough time putting down a lot of the heavy rich food and my server went and made me a to go box and found some lighter things for me to have later in the evening.
Parking: 300+
Kid-friendliness: With the golf cart rides free from your room to the pools was an added bonus. I heard for many parents.. there's a kids only pool and an adult only pool double bonus!
Wheelchair accessibility: Almost everything is on the first floor wide open doors and hallways. They have special rooms to accommodate chairs.

They’ve upped the game here with better food and specialty drinks. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable.
Went there on the 3rd of July there was barely air conditioning to pass for Mexico no bartender he had to go outside to the patio bar to order drinks if you couldn't catch a waitress who were sweet. But I don't expect to pay $14 for a drink Wait 22 minutes and sweat while waiting it was 87° inside that place.

Great place for a drink, and food is decent for a hotel bar. The stuff doesn't really care about being friendly. They don't greed or care about the customer. Often you are getting some uneccesery attitude too.
A bit pricey, but great ambiance.
Outstanding date night spot. We will be back
It was such a wonderful stay, we initially booked a standard room but the front desk suggested to try the Fairmont Gold as it will include the lounge and a better room, best decision, we will definitely try again for Christmas ? and try the ice rink, also El Toro restaurant is a must go.
We stayed here for four nights in March while in town to see some Spring training baseball games. The resort is a 15-minute Uber ride to Salt River fields where the D-backs play. The resort’s sprawling grounds and pools were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. Our 11 year-old loved the water slides (ok, I did too) and the family pool. There are many pools to choose from; one for 18+, one with white sand beach, and one with two hot tubs. We were very impressed with the culinary experiences particularly at Ironwood Kitchen and Toro, both of which serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Austin at Ironwood Kitchen and Brent and Don at Toro were amazing. We couldn’t get reservations at La Hacienda or Bourbon Steak until 8:30p, which didn’t work for our family. Suggest booking far in advance. There is a Starbucks coffee shop within the Sundry store, which is awesome. We didn’t love our room, which was on the garden level looking at a parking lot. Lots of brown tones and the bathroom was a bit dated, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Be sure to book a room on a higher floor for golf course or pool views. The Casitas also looked amazing and worth checking out. We’ll be back.
