I love a decent Neapolitan pie and this is not that! This is an amazing Neapolitan pizza!! The thin crispy crust, the sweet yet robust sauce, the top quality fresh toppings and the authentic fresh made mozzarella...Shinebox is better than Poma! There I said it! James and his family have turned this airstream into an Italian pizza kitchen that in my opion goes head to head with Chris Bianco! Their pizza is SO good! We tried the Big Poppa & the Nun. Both were very tasty. They are super nice & very friendly.
There are just a couple of tables there so we are on our tailgate. The weather was perfect so it was a fun experience.
I look forward to going back. One of the best pizza places we’ve been to!

Amazing pizzas.fresh and tasty.i got the Big Poppa and was very happy. Jamie and Candice do an amazing job and make you feel like family.its a must go when in Scottsdale. Support a great family with great pies
