What an amazing experience! I stopped into the sweet shop just on a whim and I was greeted by one of the nicest individuals named P OK aradise. If you can find him, Yeah you’re gonna win. He’s got dreadlocks. He’s at the bar and his customer service is exceptional! Thank you sweet shop for experience! I’ll be back soon?
For the price you pay, I expected more customer service from the staff. When we checked in on a Friday evening (no one else was at the counter or waiting), the gentleman checking us in rarely said anything. He didn’t even tell us what room we were in. Just handed us the key card envelope and said “the elevators are over there”, vaguely pointing in the direction of the elevators. The room was clean, except for the bathroom. There was a hair in the sink and orangey stuff in...
Love this resort and everything they offer. The pools amazing the kids would spend all day and evening there if allowed. Located in the heart of Scottsdale. They offer a shuttle to shopping right in Kierland and the best restaurants in Arizona surround this place. The beds are extremely comfortable after a long day. They offer room service, pool dining and restaurants on site for the ones that choose to stay on site. This is a top go to for our family.
