This is a nice restaurant in the Princess Fairmont in Scottsdale. It is adjacent to the golf course and many to the golfers dine there The food was very good. Fresh and tasty. Potions are good. I didn't enjoy the wine I ordered but it was not too bad

All I can say is… WOW. What a great time coming to this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere and the service were out of this world. Our waiter Jeff was phenomenal and incredibly attentive the entire evening. The entire visit was an experience in itself. We were even lucky enough to end the night with a fire bending show right at our table. Being from Boston Ma, we enjoy plenty of good cuisine, but nothing compares to the experience here at Toro. 10/10

We had a superior experience at Toro. The food was exceptional. Sushi very fresh. Salmon was cooked perfectly and the scallops w/pork belly was delicious. Their craft cocktails we wonderful. That should be enough but the service was over the top. Kudos to the staff.

Best restaurant experience for my birthday! Every year I try a new one, but this place was hands down the best I’ve tried! Josh was our server and he was absolutely exceptional! Knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Haven’t seen many people review this restaurant, so was hesitant at first. Exceeded my expectations and the atmosphere matched the food and drinks. 10/10 experience, even folded our napkins when we got back from the bathroom! Had the lobster rice which was incredible, and water was filled almost at every sip taken. Wiped the tables to keep the cleanliness throughout our dining experience, and made me feel special on my birthday 😊 telling everyone I know, and will DEFINITELY be back. ❤️ if you also want nice pictures, this is the spot

Dinner began with fresh oysters and sushi rolls, both executed with finesse. The oysters were briny and bright, kissed with citrus and just the right chill. The sushi rolls followed clean, balanced, and plated with precision. It was the kind of start that sets the tone for a memorable evening.
The Latin-Asian fusion menu is confident and creative. The ceviche is punchy and refreshing, the Churrasco & Eggs delivers savory depth, and the short rib tacos absolutely stole the show rich, tender, and layered with flavor that lingers. Even the salads get a unique spin, with bold dressings and textures that surprise.
Mocktails are a standout. Thoughtfully mixed and beautifully presented, they’re proof that non-alcoholic doesn’t mean second-best. Each sip felt intentional, refreshing, and perfectly paired with the meal.
Service was warm and attentive, with staff who genuinely seemed excited to guide us through the menu. The vibe is relaxed yet celebratory, ideal for a milestone moment, a romantic evening, or just a night when you want to treat yourself.

Great evening start to finish. Being 'local' for 6 months of the year Toro has become where to take folks who are in town. We have our standard go-to dishes but it's all amazing. New decor is very fitting, service is outstanding. Last night we Brent and his always attentive 'sous' server where spot-on. Look forward to our next visit. Lomo Saltado, ceviche, Beet salad, short rib, Cuzco chicken, all the sushi and sashimi options and expecially LA BOOMBA dessert.
