The service in there is never friendly, and I go here very often because I work in the plaza it is always a minimum of a 20 minute wait if you are ordering any food item with a smoothie and when I walked in there was nobody in line so I don't know why the way it was so long there's one other person in there who must have ordered before me
My kids love coming to tropical smoothie, so we come every so often. It is located in a shopping plaza and we have always found parking in front. We usually come around 10/11am during the week. My kids are fans of the jetty junior kids smoothie and the other one with lime (I'm forgetting the name). They also love the turkey wrap and cheese quesedilla with the red sauce it comes with. I ordered from this TS on the app. The wrap and one of the drinks were great. The second drink, the cup was faulty and broke. We contacted the company via the app asking for a refund for the one drink. They did not respond. It was such a shame too because I ordered extra for my drink. I am recovering from surgery and wanted an extra boost. I'll think twice before coming to this location.
