My initial review was not a positive experience, as I did not had the best experience yesterday. The food was not up to par as it usually is. I will be giving this location a second try. I really do love US EGG, and have eaten at a few other locations but primarily the other Scottsdale location and I just love it. Hopefully the second experience will be better, because I'm looking forward to it. Thank you George for showing me how there are still amazing business owners out there who do care about customer experience! I upgraded my rating because of how this situation was handled quickly, with care and understanding of my situation. Btw, the sausage links are the absolute best here!

Too bad US egg discontinued the gentleman omelette on the menu. This place has always been a great place to dine in. I hope they allow more ventilation to kill the mold smell around

Ordered the meat lover's skillet. This thing was huge and delicious. I ate it the next three days. Love that the hash browns were cooked to crisp and actually were seasoned. So much meat and chicken fried steak and gravy were great. The price seemed steep until you saw how much food was there! Have to try some of the other dishes. There are also a ton of Mimosa and Bloody Mary choices!
Great choice for breakfast and lunch. I have been coming to U.S. Egg and have always had wonderful service and excellent meals. Their omelets are superb with the best ingredients. The servers and the owner who is almost always there are terrific. GREAT value too.
