100/10 and not even exaggerating. Chefs are very knowledgable and fish is incredibly fresh. Very unique flavors and great customer service. I hope they open a NYC location soon! Everything I had was impeccable, down to the desert.

The Chef was great. The person who said she would be checking on me Carolyn didn't. I had to ask for drinks and dessert from other servers around me. She kept asking the people around me but me if I needed anything. Disappointed for sure. Michelle was great. Very pricey and I'm not cheap. But $176.00 for one person is wild.

Wonderful experience with delicious surprise dishes served by our Omakase chef at the tasting bar. Each taste was an exploration of fabulous flavors. Service was super slow getting first drinks and refills, dessert was spectacular but super slow coming out of the kitchen. Always super busy, allow plenty of time to dine. Nice Old Town location , would highly recommend!

We went for our 17th anniversary at 430pm on a Saturday. Normally I would think this is too early but it was perfect for this restaurant( shockingly it was busier than anticipated). The detail and craftsmanship that goes into each item required time and precision. I think if you go later in the evening your time for food coming out might get extended. Justin, our server, sent us on a culinary adventure via the Somakase. Seriously amazing job!! One of my top 5 dining experiences in the last 20 years. Memorable moments: Uchi Salad to start was so packed with flavor! The nama hotate (dayboat scallop) was probably my favorite of the night. Mainly due to it was way out of my comfort zone for texture etc. Holy smokes it was amazing!! The gyutoro Wagyu was off the charts! I think we probably enjoyed 10 small courses and every single one was amazing! Thank you Justin and the staff at Uchi for making our anniversary so special!! Michael G

Everything we ate was incredible! Was very impressed with having so many options for Gluten Free and Dairy Free dietary needs, and the staff was very well informed and able to accommodate allergies. On top of that, whenever dishes were placed, we especially appreciated the explanation of what each dish encompassed, and, if modifications were made (ex. 'gluten-free tamari sauce) and the details of what went into each dish. Their happy hour also offers great value and an excellent time to try many menu items. Will definitely revisit!

We've loved Uchi since its opening, but our visit to the Cocktail Bar was underwhelming. Our server was kind but inattentive—utensils and napkins weren't provided until requested, and we had to repeatedly ask for service. While the sushi remains excellent, many favorite dishes from the original happy hour menu have been scaled back. For a $400+ experience for two, it didn't meet expectations sadly.

Waitress tried to upsell us into ordering 10 dishes. Fortunately, we kept it at seven since it sounded like a lot of food and couldn't finish that much. Then the bill came for $242 so I was glad we didn't go for 10 entrées we couldn't finish. Other than that the food was incredible and it's a beautiful restaurant with very attentive service.

Hands down the best meal & experience we've had since moving to Arizona!!!! First and foremost the staff was so wonderful and went out of their way the entire night to celebrate our anniversary with us which was so kind.. but the food (we did the sumakase and sat at the sushi bar) was SO DELICIOUS and the STAR of the show!!! Felt transported to another place.. everything was so fresh, flavorful, fun & every plate was so beautiful. 100/10 stars! Can't wait to go back!
