Brought my business team here for an annual event and we had an amazing time! Our server Alyssa was phenomenal and helped us with food selection for a family style, multi-course meal and drink selections. Easily the best food I've had in a couple of years and arguably the best sushi I've ever had. So, long story short, we went there for lunch on Valentine's Day. The food was good, like 4 stars, but the whole experience was more like 3.5. Our server was super nice, but he totally forgot half our order. We were even cool with paying extra for wasabi (yeah, they charge for it with sushi or sashimi). He brought the wasabi after we'd already finished our negitoro rolls, and he didn't even realize he'd messed up the rest of our order. Eventually, the last...

I may have just had the best meal of 2026..and I don’t think it’s too soon to say so. Never have I had edamame like this before. Every single dish I ordered was spectacular and mind-blowing. Uchi is one place I will definitely order from every time I am visiting Phoenix. And to think I almost ordered from a different sushi restaurant—thank god they don’t deliver!
