6 PM dinner reservations tonight with my buddy Brian at Uncle Sal’s Italian Restaurant in Scottsdale. This particular restaurant has always been one of Brian’s favorites which is also very close to where he lives. Great little Italian spot! My dish was the shrimp and scallop Antoinette and it was so delicious. My mother inlaw loved her eggplant parmigiana. I had a bite of my grand mother’s chicken parm and it was really good. Other dishes we had was the chicken Marsala, short rib pasta very tasty and the veal parm. Definitely go for the Caesar salad!
