Great little Italian spot! My dish was the shrimp and scallop Antoinette and it was so delicious. My mother inlaw loved her eggplant parmigiana. I had a bite of my grand mother’s chicken parm and it was really good. Other dishes we had was the chicken Marsala, short rib pasta very tasty and the veal parm. Definitely go for the Caesar salad! Uncle Sal’s is my go-to favorite Italian restaurant in the entire Valley. The food is authentic, the homemade soups are incredible, and every dish feels even more exquisite than the last.

I recommend this restaurant to any friend who asks me for my favorite Italian spot. The atmosphere has this speakeasy, old-school early ’90s vibe, and the waitstaff is just as amazing—super friendly, outgoing, and attentive.
