Delicious cupcakes that are not too sweet

Cupcakes are so good - fun, unique flavors. Will have to order every month just to try what's new!

I went in the shop once and delivery once. The shop employee was super friendly and gave great service. I was even more impressed with how carefully they packaged my delivery order. Perfect.

Tbh I'm not crazy about the menu. They need a regular sugar or regular confetti cookie or some other frosted sugar. The cupcake flavors aren't really my jam aside from the strawberry (no pun intended). Just a little too many chocolate flavors in general.

I love shortbread but unfortunately not into lemon. I would obsess for a honey lavender shortbread. However the service and presentation makes up for a so so menu.

Delicious cupcakes. They were friendly and were able to get through customers quickly wholsnatoll providing good customer service.

Very basic tasting and it was too much to get the cookies. You had to sign stuff that was too much.

Today was my first time at Urban. I would of taken a picture of the cupcake but after the first bite, I couldn't resist to finish it. The frosting was delicious. It was so tasty and not sugary at all. The cupcake was soft and freshly made. I will be a loyal customer going forward. I highly recommend it!

I ordered around 40 cupcakes for my son's birthday. Nothing but raves from everyone. The Churro cupcake is exceptional, so I heard. I myself am a diabetic, but I broke down and tried the salted caramel bar. Awesome! Nothing but primo ingredients. The buttery shortbread base melts in your mouth because of the high quality butter it is made with. Blessing in disguise after Sprinkles closed.

Tried the dark chocolate, coffee and carrot cake. They were amazing!!

Great local cookie/cupcake bakery, we use them for all our company treats for clients and events .. plus, my family loves them too!! My fave of the confetti and pineapple/coconut!!

Customer service was incredible! Cupcakes are absolutely divine. The texture of both the frosting and the cake are perfect. After eating them I was looking on the website at other flavors to try in the future and realized some of the flavors I got were even gluten, egg or dairy free. I didn’t know they could be that delicious! I don’t have allergies but a bonus for those that do! Tasted no different to me. So delicious and can’t wait to try more! Absolutely nailed these cupcakes, Urban Cookies 😍

That first bite of the chocolate chip cookie was as if I'd never even heard of a cookie before. The feeling could only be compared to the most joyous cornerstones of the human experience - the first time my fiance smiled at, the first time listening to the Beatles, riding a bike without training wheels. All of this concentrated into one chewy, supple and voluptuous bite. If I was gluten free, I would happily throw it up just to have the opportunity of tasting it again. 5/5

A big shout out to Urban Cookies Bakeshop! We ordered 120 cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and they were beautiful and delicious! Everyone raved about them! It was easy to order them and were well boxed. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!! Thank you for making her wedding a great day!!!!

Cookies were phenomenal. My girl friend loved the snickerdoodle and double chocolate chip.
