I come here every few weeks to buy my family some cupcakes and cookies which are very tasty and everyone is always very friendly, today was no exception! Thank you again!

Great cupcakes, fresh and all different flavors. I bought 4 cupcakes. I have to say the carrot cake cupcake was exceptionally good. The cake was moist and filled with raisins and walnuts. Absolutely fantastic .

I have never been a girl who is obsessed or even crave cupcakes, but I discovered this place in the last month of my pregnancy and oh my goodness these are hands down the BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had. I’ve been going twice a week.

I've come in a few times since early September to the Scottsdale location, and each time the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. The cupcakes and cookies are amazing of course, and I'm slowing working my way through all the flavors, given that I'm 8 months pregnant and craving sweets all day!

Today in particular, I had just experienced a very disappointing shopping trip to Strolleria, where the sales associates were simply awful and unhelpful. I mentioned this when the woman was ringing up my cupcake, as she asked how my day was. She was super kind and offered my order on the house! The cupcake alone would have been enough to turn my day around, but her sweet gesture was such an added bonus. BTW I had the seasonal apple maple ginger - so delicious!

OMG, the cookies, cupcakes and other goodies here are just incredible! Tierney helped my husband and I pick out all sorts of delicious goodies to take on the road for our trip back to Colorado. She was so helpful and kind…it was hard not to buy everything! Highly recommended!!!! ?

Whoa!....One of the best Blueberry cupcakes... muffin....I call it a kamuffin totally delicious!!!!

OMG, not only are the cupcakes beautiful but they are so moist and delicious. I have celiac disease so I got some regular cupcakes for my family and gluten free ones for myself. Everyone raved about how moist and flavorful they were. My blueberry cupcake had real blueberries at the bottom and the frosting was light with creamy goodness . We also bought some of their cookies which were a hit. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place for a gluten free treat, it is SO WORTH IT!!!! YUMMMMY

A few years ago food was 5/5. I would recommend this place to everyone. I hadnt been back in a few years so I got a bunch of cupcakes and cookies. Sugar is WAY off. Everything was about 20% too sweet and the frosting on all the cupcakes except chocolate you could feel the sugar granules crunching. The cookies had a similar weird sugary texture like the sugar crystalized in it.

My guess is QC is off and the owner needs to taste all the food and find where things went wrong

Best cupcakes in the Valley. Not only do they offer a good variety of classic and unique flavors, but the quality is simply unmatched. From the taste to the freshness, I have yet to have a better cupcake in the Phoenix area. I even had them in the fridge for a few days following my birthday and they were still delicious, as they hadn't dried out. I highly recommend Urban Cookies if you're looking for some high quality desserts, but especially cupcakes.

Came in today after finding them online. I live 30 minutes away, but wanted to buy my friend fresh cupcakes for her birthday and this looked like the perfect place. They had a great variety, but not so much that it was overwhelming. I purchased 4 cupcakes and 2 cookies and everything was wonderful!! I can't wait to return!

Stopped by recently to try out the cupcakes. The staff was really nice and very receptive to questions. The cupcakes are very moist and soft. Slightly too sweet, but overall it was delicious!

I stopped in here after dropping a package at the UPS store. What drew me in was the overall look of the place. I love sweets and was excited to try this place out. The cashier was great and was super friendly and answered all my questions.
I got the Lemon Honey cupcake, Prickly Pear Sugar Cookie, and Peanut Butter Cookie. I have had the Lemon Honey Cupcake and the Prickly Pear Sugar Cookie, which were both delicious. The flavor/sweetness was perfect. It was just enough that you could enjoy the flavor. I'll definitely be back to try other cupcakes & cookies.
