My wife and I went to Virtu honest craft for date night and we absolutely loved this hidden gem located near old town Scottsdale. The mixed cocktails and wine selection here are outstanding! We loved how the menu is constantly changing each time here and we did a fixed course menu and we left very happy!Overall, this is a wonderful place to come and celebrate a special occasion with that special someone. Highly recommend this for foodies!

Adam was an outstanding waiter who went above & beyond the call of duty! The food was scrumptious, but also quite pricey for the value. We sat outside and it was pouring rain, so we did experience a bit of dampness. Adam offered us inside seats, but we opted to remain where we were.

Consistently superb. It's not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I never leave feeling I didn't get a great experience. Still on my list of top Scottsdale Restaurants. I will return again for my Virtu “fix”. Love this place.

Phenomenal experience on a Friday night with my wife while visiting the area. We both opted for the coursed prefix menu with a total of 5 dishes each + 1 additional shared. Not a single bad item all night. We each had cocktails as well - delicious. Fresh food. Great presentation. Obvious care and attention to thinking through the menu which, from what we’re told, changes frequently. Tabitha was top notch. For fine dining the prices felt very reasonable – what I would expect compared to others who charge more for the same or lesser quality. Can’t recommend Virtu enough and would definitely look forward to going back next time we’re in town.

I was in town in Scottsdale's on some unpleasant medical stuff and decided to book a table here. The restaurant is located at the center of that strange touristy area with all the artsy farsty galleries and cowboy looking people and sculptures of native Americans. The night I booked the table I walked down a quiet street and saw a bush wall with a dim light. The virtu sign emerged and I was greeted by a young lady who looked at me as if I didn't belong in the establishment. I was wearing my red Nike sneakers with a polka dot button down and some black jeans. The place was oozing warmth and there was a modern fire pit outside. I was outside by myself and the waiter came, he had gray hair with a Hollywood curl. He looked like an extra from "the godfather." Anyway everything I ate was delicious and not pretentious at all and the place was warm and friendly, especially my waiter, I can't remember his name, but you will recognize his hair.

Very inventive though limited menu. Helpful staff though it is not necessary to tell guests what the waiters favorites are. Very pricy and drink and wine pours are skimpy for the prices charged. Outdoor seating is much less noisy than inside. Would recommend to others with a warning about prices as not shown on website. Also threatened $50 charge for cancellation within 24 hours is over the top given the empty tables throughout dinner.

Cute small intimate place nestled between buildings. Once you walk in, they have a beautiful courtyard with seating and bistro lights. They also have seating inside. Not a very big place so I definitely recommend reservations. Very romantic upscale vibe. Our server Adam was very nice and knowledgeable ( shout out to Adam!) Great unique fun cocktails. From the apps, entree's and desserts, it was all amazing and delicious. So glad I found and tried this wonderful . I would definitely come back.

Excellent setting , ambiance, service and food that was superb and out of this world . My son and I had dinner here during a guys weekend of playing golf and watching spring training baseball. We both committed that one oof the best meals we have ever had!! Can not wait to come back and eat here again!!

I have Celiac Disease and a Shellfish Allergy. Chef and the staff take good care of me and understand my dietary needs. Our server Evan was great, very knowledgeable with the menu and wine list. The Polpo (Octopus) is one of their signature dishes and it is delicious! Also, the Branzino (Sea Bass) and the Crudo Tuna and Salmon were delicious too! We have been to Virtu Honest Craft many times; the food, wine and service is a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and definitely sit outside.

I upped our reservation from 4 to 5 people as I had another person want to join us for dinner in your great restaurant. The food is fabulous and the service is wonderful. I travel the world for business and often dine in special established restaurants like yours. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this restaurant to any clients or friends traveling to Scottsdale. Being forced to pay for 3 courses when we up the reservation by one person is simply unacceptable. I understand that this is normal practice with larger groups of 6/ or more. But from 4 to 5 is just not reasonable. To make matters worse, my guests wanted to order items from the menu that were not offered in the 3 course menu. They were all forced "financially" to overeat including dessert. Your business means your rules, gouging and forcing small groups is not acceptable to frequent high end diners.

Today was Valentine’s Day and I had booked a reservation here for my girlfriend. We were only ten minutes late, I even called ahead to let them know we were on our way. But they wouldn’t seat us. It’s standard to have a 15 minute grace period and they wouldn’t even seat us after 10 minutes. There weren’t any opening at other nearby so we had to go home. Extremely disappointing and unnecessary, especially on Valentine's Day.

We loved everything about this place except for one of our main dishes. The pork shoulder ragu w/papperdelle pasta was unbelievably bad for a restaurant of this stature. The pasta was fine (made in house) but the density, consistency (very thick, dry and dark) and intensity of the ragu was overwhelming...of course they didn't charge me when they saw I didn't eat it and offered another dish...but, too late for a corrected dish. We'll go back because everything else was great...octopus specifically was incredible.

In summary, if I purchased a $30.00 bottle of wine and a $3,000.00 bottle of wine and tasted both. Then you asked me to tell you which bottle is which, my probability of getting it correct is 50/50. You have a great little restaurant and I am glad we came. My wife and I really enjoyed the evening. I spent over $500.00 on one meal. In my small world, this is a little over the top. By the way, this wasn't a problem. I knew this well in advance. I just wanted to see if I could get as enthusiastic as the customers in their reviews of the restaurant. I can't but the problem is not your restaurant. It's probably my upbringing. Respectfully, Pasquale
