Peg and I always try to support local Chefs, especially in the summer. This is the most challenging time for locally owned restaurants, as you know. Chef Gio has introduced the Summer in Amalfi Coast prix fixe menu. The three-course, citrus-forward menu is available through August for $75 per person. Very loud group nearby made it difficult for us to have a normal conversation. We asked to move outside, which made the rest of the dinner much more enjoyable. Great restaurant. We realize that the restaurant staff can't do much with a boisterous group.
From start to end, Virtù was amazing. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The ambiance reminded us of restaurants in Europe and, even while it was full, it felt very comfortable and reserved while not being stuffy at all. Lastly, the food was amazing!
